Its taken us a little while longer than we really wanted to but we are delighted to let you all know that The Cheshire Biltong Company is now out and about all across the UK introducing Exotic Meat and Premium Cuts of Beef Biltong to you all.
Our First stop off was the "Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival" situated just on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales its an idyllic place to introduce lovers of Biltong to something a bit special. We were delighted with the reception that we got with our unique meats and Premium Sirloin Beef Biltong, with people wanting to know about what we do and how we do it, its really was a wonderful weekend, even the weather was kind to us.
Then it was off to Winchester introducing even more people to something that's truly very special in the world of Biltong. Our classic Sirloin Range was a ranging success with everyone able to really tell the difference in taste and flavour from using only premium cuts of Beef along with been tumbled in not Malt Vinegar but fabulous Red Wine Vinegar adding that extra special twist of flavour to each slice.
Its off next to the Chester Food festival at the Bank Holiday Weekend at the end of August. This is our most local event in our current Calendar and will be held over the three days from 28th-30th August and organised by our very good friends at Taste Cheshire. Normally a the majority of this event is held under cover but due to current Covid situation it will all be held out doors this year. Based at Chester race course its a truly stunning venue with plenty to see and do including the option to camp over as well. It really is one of Cheshire's Biggest and brightest Food events.
