Our Wagyu Beef Biltong cannot be beaten for its deep flavour, dark flesh, and generous marbling, still allowing preservation through the drying process it retains its succulence and abundance of rich meaty flavour’s, increased by adding the red wine vinegar, black peppercorns, or chills for an even greater taste sensation.

Customer service outstanding. Order came incorrect and it was sorted out very quickly with utmost professional and friendly approach. As for the biltong, you’ll have to try it yourself to understand. Melt in the mouth, excellent quality meat, can tell it’s not mass produced. The original is amazing but chilli also nice if you like a bit of a kick - not too spicy. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
