Our Venison Biltong is probably our strongest tasting Biltong with a distinctive fragrance of wild game, immediately hitting the senses on opening, reminding us of grass, acorns, and wild aromatic herbs. The first taste is that of a strong, bold earthy meat which intensifies whilst chewing, to then mellow on swallowing, leaving a smooth after taste similar to that of a strong beef.

Great to be able to get such a wide selection of Biltong - having.Ostrich in South Africa it was great to have the chance on the UK along with other types - looking forward to more Biltong over Christmas and in 2022. Great quality venison as well
